Refund & Right of Withdrawal Policy

In accordance with applicable European consumer protection legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase under the conditions set out below.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the product, without the need to provide any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by sending a clear statement to hello@simo.health, including:
• Your name
• Order number
• Product purchased
• Date of purchase

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received for the returned products, excluding shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Conditions for returns

Returned products must:
• Be unused, unopened and in their original packaging
• Be returned in perfect condition

Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error attributable to SIMO.

Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at hello@simo.health within 24 hours of delivery, providing photographs and a description of the issue.

In such cases, SIMO will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
